Psychology of Memory: Strengthen and Improve Your Memory
Learn Powerful Memorization Techniques and Memory Skills to Increase Brain Function
Your memory creates your reality. For example, when you have a new experience, whether it's related to your career, education, relationship, or life in general, your brain looks at what you remember from your past experiences in order to determine how to react. What you remember impacts how you view the world, the way you communicate, how you define love, your career choices, and what makes you happy. All of this comes from past memories. These past memories give us a foundation on which to understand the world and how we fit in it. Therefore mastering your memory is not only about taking in factual information, it’s about creating a life that you want with less stress and more freedom.
Having failed my first year of college, even though I would spend hours upon hours studying, impacted my belief in myself and what I thought was possible for my future. However, after having my brother pass away I was committed to going back to school and making a difference in my life. I had a professor that told me that the best thing I could do is study memory techniques. And so I did, and I was blown away as I started to see the results in my life. I developed techniques that would allow me to study for a fraction of the time and still get an A in the class while retaining the information long term. Because of these techniques I was able to go from a college drop out to graduating from graduate school with all A’s.
More importantly, these skills have helped me thrive in many aspects of my life. It has allowed me to move up in organizations I worked in and contracted with. Eventually it helped me build multiple thriving businesses. Why have memory skills help me? Because they helped me learn things quickly, retain more of the information that I would learn, and retrieve the information and use it creativity when I had challenges.
